How long does it take to incorporate in Wyoming?

Dale,
The state of Wyoming takes about 10-15 business days to process and file new entities at the state offices from the receipt of the application, and do not offer any expedited service for their filings.
As the state only accepts their applications by physical mail, it does take a few extra business days for the paperwork to arrive at the state, as well as the state to return the Articles of Incorporation/Organization to you.
