Dear Raj,

Business address can be pretty much any address (US or international). The only Delaware address that you would need to supply to Delaware Secretary of State is Registered Agent address, which most of the time is provided by a commercial Registered Agent (we offer that service for $99 a year).

Keep in mind that if you will be operating your business in Texas and will have real physical business presence in that state you might be required to form a Foreign Entity of your Delaware company in Texas.
