We have an LLC registered in CA, can we open a bank account in GA and mailing address in GA without foreign entity registration?

Technically, neither having a bank account nor having a mailing address should require you to register your California LLC in Georgia. The bank might ask you to provide them with Georgia registration, or with a letter from company CPA or attorney stating that the company doesn’t do business in Georgia, but many don’t even ask for that document.
