Business registration in one or multiple states

Do you need to have business registration in all states to sell your parts or equipment in different states of USA, or you can sell in other states with business registered in one state where business in incorporated?

It really depends on your method of selling. Whenever you establish nexus (such as physical presence) in any given state you usually need to register your company there as foreign entity. States where you don’t have nexus usually would not require any kind of registration, with a few specific exceptions.
