Corporation change to LLC

I have a corporation and want to change it to a LLC in OHIO.. can this be done and how much $$

Dear Linda,

Ohio does permit conversion of a corporation into an LLC. The state filing fee is $125 for a 4-6 business day processing at the state offices, and its possible to expedite the filing to just 2 business days for $100 more.
